The main topics of the conference is Composite Material, Polymer Science, Materials Science and Engineering.
The management of Composite Material, Polymer Science and Engineering systems has a considerable strategic importance for a large number of enterprises. The multidisciplinary expertise from industry, academia and research institutions to communicate their knowledge spawns the relatively new academic field in “Composite Material, Polymer Science and Engineering”. By its nature, this field is at the interface between industry and academia, and requires its practitioners to be well versed in material application-related, as well as, theoretical knowledge. The aim of this conference is to present the latest developments in polymer-related research, involving structure, properties, functionalization, analysis, and application towards the manufacturing of materials and/or products. The use of these materials from natural resources needs to be worked in a way to minimize environmental impact. Not only does it allow for their valorization, but it is also a chance to replace heavy metallic materials by light polymer/composite ones.
