Tuition Fees Exemptions

Degree students with financial difficulties enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs are eligible to apply for tuition exemption (complete or half), if they demonstrate an exemplary academic record.

Scholarships

The following scholarships are available to certain self-supporting international students in need of financial support (Foreign Government Scholarship students and Prefecture sponsored students are excluded). Selection for awards is based on academic records, and other factors.

  1. MEXT Honors Scholarship for Privately-financed International Students (MEXT: Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology)

  2. Toyama International Exchange Scholarship
